It wasn't until I discovered the power of intention and foundational wellness - plus the simple magic of essential oils - that everything shifted.  I stopped chasing quick fixes and started creating powerful routines.  I learned how to nourish instead of hustle.  I took my power back - and now I help other women do the same.

I re-learned how important it is to have faith as a foundation.  To anchor into that every single day and live from within.  Lead from knowing myself and not what the world says about me.
